• Custom Wig- These are handmade with detail to the specifications provided and take 3-5 days to create.

• 
  Pre-made/Standard Wigs-  Provided from our manufacturer Same/Next day availability for delivery

• Beauty Accessories- Same/Next day availability for delivery

Payment Options
1) Cash Only for local orders on Delivery of Item

2) 1st Pay or Digital Bank Transfer
3) PayPal for debit/credit card online payments for International orders before items are shipped out.

All DEPOSITS are Non- Refundable

 

•  Note the wig making and customization service there is a required 50% deposit (non-refundable) that must be paid before process can begin. 

• For any special items shipped in locally there is a non-refundable 25% deposit that is to be paid upfront before order is placed with supplier.

 

Local Delivery process

After Order has processed communication will be sent and you have the options: -

• -Delivery which can be same day or next day to the address provided, fees may apply based on parish in Barbados.

• -Free Meetups at chosen locations near our Wildey location a time can be agreed upon to transact the pickup of items.

International Shipping

We can ship your package to areas in United States, Canada and the Caribbean region at an additional shipping cost. 
At time order is placed accurate address must be given and once processing time is complete communication will be sent out via email. Tracking number will be given with shipment details via email and order status updated accordingly.
 

 

Refund/Return

All Sales are Final and Deposits are Non- refundable
After Order has processed communication will be sent and delivery can be same day or next day to address provided.
Any hair or beauty products sold cannot be returned once opened and for wigs once lace is cut or altered.
 

 

Missing Shipped packages (lost/stolen)

Nicole’s Beauty Portal is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages once address has been verified and shipment tracking information sent.
Note we try to ensure your products arrive in a timely secure manner and hence will only be doing signature confirmation on all packages. Hence the shipping fee are in accordance with our shipping company.
